High quality stair tread made of beech. Beech wood is used for making table tops and other furniture, stairs, windowsills and design pieces. Beech wood is not suitable for outdoor use for a long time but it is highly durable if you use it for interior use or applications where there is no exposure to moisture.

Wood type: Beech – durable, hard and decorative. Suitable for interior design.

Grade: heartwood beech (wild beech) has dark, heartwood-like, cloudy discolourations. The wood called heartwood beech has a more striking and vivid grain than common beech wood and has a distinctly darker tone.

Finishing: unfinished

Grade: Country - Wood with diverse variations in tone and texture. Typically, this grade has small bark growths, cracks and knots with cracks and holes, which are filled. The visible part is without sapwood.

Moisture content: 9-11%

INSTALLATION:

- to the wooden or steel construction, also attach stair treads at notch board;

- glue down on complete old step or complete concrete base.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE:

Solid wood stair treds needs to be maintained with products intended for wood surfaces. We recommend LIVOS for oiled floors: For cleaning - pH Neutral Cleaner TRENA No.556, for maintenance - every 4th to 5th cleaning a wax containing GLANOS Cleaner No. 559 and for renewal - Livos Parquet Oil Refresher Nr.1899-002.

EXPLOITATION:

relative humidity indoors must be 45-60%.
