The chevron parquet pattern (also known as Hungarian herringbone parquet) is characterized by the fact that the planks aren't cut rectangular, but in a rhomboid shape. In addition, the laid planks lie at a specific angle, usually 45° (“French” variant) or 60° (“Hungarian” variant), to each other, always touching each other on both long and short sides. Although this laying pattern (bandage) dates back to times of Classicism, it's virtually timeless and never out of fashion. Hardly any other bandage looks as elegant as the chevron – no matter whether in a living room, restaurant, office or bar, this pattern is always the right choice.

Multilayer engineered floorboards are characterized by their high dimensional stability and low installation height. This means they can be used flexibly in a wide variety of construction projects.

Type of wood: Oak – dense, heavy and decorative. Resistant to physical damage, scratches and dents. Sorting: Rustic– a lively grading with medium color and structural differences. This grading includes healthy knots, occasionally small block knots and sapwood, which gives the wooden floor a pleasant vitality.

INSTALATION:
- with parquet adhesive on smooth concrete, OSB, particle boards or plywood
- with parquet adhesive to flat, free from paint or varnish, old wooden flooring. Direction of the new boards must not be the same as the old ones
- with flooring screws to OSB, particle boards, plywood or to flat old wooden flooring. Direction of the new boards must not be the same as the old ones
HEATED SUBFLOOR:
Installing is possible on heated subfloor, which is embedded in concrete. Concrete subfloor with integrated heating temperature must not exceed 28C°.

!!! Important: the wood is a natural product. High ambient humidity at any wood floor absorbs moisture and increases its volume. At low ambient humidity, the wood releases moisture and reduces its volume - are formed joints. Therefore, the relative humidity in the room with solid wood flooring should be 45-60 %.
Solid wood flooring must be glued or screwed down and fixed to the subfloor!
